Who we are

Volo Swift LLC ("we") is responsible for the information described here. You can contact us at legal@voloswift.com and find our registered office on our Contact page.

Scope

This notice applies to this company website only. It does not cover the Murox app.

Murox is in development for iOS and Android. A separate privacy policy for the app will be published at murox.app before launch. That product site is not live yet.

Information we handle

When you email us, we handle your email address, name if given, and the content and attachments of your message.

When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical request data such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare may log IP addresses for security.

This is an informational website. It does not provide accounts or forms. We do not ask you to provide information to browse the site.

Why and on what basis

We use this information to reply to and follow up on enquiries, and to deliver and protect the website.

Where applicable law requires a basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and in running a secure website.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website code does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising.

If you choose Light or Dark in the Appearance menu, your browser saves that choice (localStorage key voloswift-appearance) on your device so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us. Choosing Auto deletes it; you can also clear it in your browser settings.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie if it needs to check for automated or suspicious traffic.

Who processes it

We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security, and Spacemail by Spaceship for email. They process information on our behalf to provide these services. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

International transfers

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where data protection law requires it, transfers rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for up to 2 years after an enquiry is closed, unless we need it longer to meet a legal obligation or handle a claim.

Your choices and rights

Contact legal@voloswift.com to ask for access, correction or deletion. Where the law gives you these rights, you may also object to or restrict processing or ask for a copy in a portable format.

If you are in the EU or UK, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across other websites, so the site responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the update here and change the effective date above.
